1. General Policy Overview
Red Leaf Education is committed to delivering high-quality online learning experiences for students working toward their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for course registration fees may be issued.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- a. Within 7 Days of Enrollment: Full refund (minus $50 fee) if under 10% of content accessed.
- b. Course Not Accessed: Full refund within 14 days, minus $50 fee.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- More than 10% of course completed.
- Request after 14 days of registration.
- Feedback or grades already received.
- Course part of a discounted package.
- Withdrawal due to dishonesty or policy violation.
4. Transfer Option
- Transfer to another course within 30 days.
- $25 transfer fee applies.
- Transfer allowed once per enrollment.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days and returned to the original payment method.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@redleafeducation.ca with the subject:
"Refund Request – [Student Full Name]"
Include the following:
- Student name
- Course title
- Date of registration
- Reason for withdrawal
7. Policy Revisions
Red Leaf Education reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
